It's a short 5 min walk from Colmore business centre and Birmingham New Street Station and very ideally located for access to everything in the City Centre, with Selfridges a short 10 minutes walk away and Moor Street Station 0.2 miles away, this furnished apartment comprises of an open plan living room / diner and fitted kitchen and communal courtyard. The apartment has one bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom.

It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep a further 2 people and comes with SMART TV and free fast speed WiFi throughout the property.

Hennessey's bar which serves great ale and good food (4 star on trip advisor) is 100m away across the road and within a 2 minute walk there is a desert cafe and a snooker hall.

As this is a quite residential area in the heart of the City, the residents living in neighbouring apartments prefer low noise levels. For this reason we do not allow parties or loud music at the apartments. Furthermore, all apartments indoor are strictly no smoking areas.
